Fellowships are offered in M. M. Joshi Eye Institute to impart post PG training to suitable Candidates.
LONG TERM FELLOWSHIPS
The following are the subspecialties in which fellowships are available.
General ophthalmology and phacoemulsification. – 18 Months
Cornea Phaco Refractive – 24 Months
Glaucoma – 18 Months
Pediatric Ophthalmology – 18 Months
Vitreo Retina – 30 Months (RGUHS Affiliated)

Testimonial – Short Term Fellow
SICS and Phacoemulsification are basic yet skill based surgeries and necessary in the armament of an ophthalmologist. As a short term trainee my experience was fulfilling where I was entrusted with cases every day which helped me gain both skill and confidence in surgical techniques.
I was allowed to operate without fear and very patiently taught finer techniques as well as alternative methods to do various steps in surgery. The number of cases done as community service is exemplary and provides an opportunity for young surgeons to hone their skill set and better themselves every day.
